Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the British Community Foundation (BCF). As your are between 14 and 18 years old, you must ask a parent to sign the relevant sections below. If you are working towards an Award or Certification, please let us know to allow us to sign this off on behalf of the BCF.

My child will be under the supervision of authorised Foundation staff or event organisers at all times

Reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all volunteers

I will be informed of the dates, times and nature of the events in which my child is participating

In the event of an emergency, every effort will be made to contact me immediately

I consent to first aid being administered by a qualified person if necessary

Photographs or videos may be taken during events and used by the British Community Foundation for promotional or reporting purposes
